We provide clients with transportation to Doctor Appointments, Hospital Admission/Discharge, Outpatient Procedures, Family Gatherings, Shopping, Pharmacy trips and much more. We take the time to learn our client's expectations so we can tailor the right experience for them. Some clients need only door-to-door transportation. Meanwhile, most clients require the driver to wait for them before completing the roundtrip or making additional stops on the way.
Our staff are experienced in working with seniors. They understand both the physical and psychological challenges seniors experience while on the move. We provide transportation services to those who are ambulatory, as well as, those who are wheelchair-bound or have limited mobility. We also serve individuals in our community who have disabilities or injuries limiting their mobility.
Our drivers are reliable, professional, and experienced. We ensure their driving records are clear of infractions. We also train them in safely driving and assisting seniors and individuals with disabilities. Their training also includes communication strategies when clients are experiencing confusion, anxiety, and memory loss. Our drivers are focused on providing a safe and comfortable trip from start to finish.
We are keen on understanding and documenting your needs and expectations and clearly conveying them to the driver to ensure they are met. We are also readily available to answer any questions you may have regarding your scheduled trip via phone or email
